1. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the  delivery date.
          •  Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

          • Certain products such as personal care, grooming  items, and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

          • To initiate a return, visit the ” Go to ‘My Orders’ and click on the return button next to the product you want to return or contact our customer support team.

          • Return pickup will be arranged at no extra cost for eligible locations. In cases where return pickup is unavailable, customers may need  to self-ship the product.

2.Refund Policy

          • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

          • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, as per customer preference.

          • It may take 3-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.

          • Shipping/COD/Gifting charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
   3.Exchange Policy

          • Exchanges are available for size or colour-related issues within 30 days of delivery.

          • If the requested exchange is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
